We are all on this sacred spiritual journey called life together. It is for our enjoyment, transformation and enlightenment. We are here to enlighten the load from our past, let go of the heaviness that is slowing us down and dive into what is not real. When we can clearly see what is real, then everything changes. There is a sense of great relief inside as we no longer have to fight or resist any part inside. When we acknowledge and accept that which we deem as unacceptable about ourselves, the lightness begins to settle in.
There is nothing you can do to make a wrong turn in life. On an infinite highway where everything is connected, all lanes lead to the same.

A star joins the other stars in the heaven

Donna Summer gone at 63 but it is a life well lived. I will miss this artist being in the world as I was looking forward to her latest work. We all love her so much. She was our disco queen and no party was complete without Donna's dancing queen. She worked hard for her money. I know she has will live forever in the annals of music. The Born again Christian has met her Maker and is singing in the Angel Choir tonight.

Happy Mother's Day

Her unconditional love palpably showing on her face

You know you’ve been touch by divine grace

She’s a mother and you’re the ace

She makes a child’s world a beautiful place

Be all you can be now

Try to live fresh everyday so that you keep out of the rut, the habit of existence. Drive a different route to work, take the stairs instead of the elevator, turn right instead of your usual left and smile with a stranger to acknowledge their presence. See how that feels. According to a recent scientific study having a fresh outlook, consciously keeping yourself out of routines is good for the brains; it also can prevents dementia. Have a wonderful day.
