If you want to know why things are happening the way they doing your world check out what are the beliefs that govern your daily life. If you believe that you live in a war torn universe you will live in fear, you will feel anxiety and you will be living a limited life. If you believe that that the world is full of love and caring people your world who want the best for you, your world would be a
beautiful place regardless of what’s going on in other people’s worlds. We all live in our own cocoons within the larger world body and we control what happens in our world through the things we put our attention on. This fact is very important for you to understand.
Some people will tell you that you are wearing rose tinted lenses if you tell them the world is beautiful and full of beautiful people and will go on to point out the wars and rumours of wars that is going on as I write this piece, they will tell you how god-awful the world is and we’re living in terrible times. And even if you should tell that person that of the billions of people who inhabit the planet only about one percent commits heinous crimes and maybe two percent are war mongers the others live peaceful lives. What is so different from choosing to focus on what is positive that
drain your energy thinking about the worst possible scenario. The choice is yours.
How we think create the state of our world. Our thoughts are energy and be careful of the
energy you bring into your world. There is always a choice to let in positive, calming, loving energy which will make you feel good or negative energy which focuses on all the bad, horrible things
that’s going on in the world, the sadist, killers and all the things that leave you feeling jittery, anxious. What you need to ask yourself is what do you get from focussing on the negative? Does that change anything for you, does it stop the war and all the bad things, and does it make you feel good? If it does not would you consider changing your focus? When we focus on negative energy that
is the energy we spread to others. You might say I want to stop thinking about the bad things but I cannot stop myself.Okay, that’s a start, tune in for the next blog entry and we’ll discuss that.
