It would be a miracle if we should go through lifewithout being hurt by someone? People we love and don't h love hurt us every day but we have to forget about it and move on if we want to live our best live and want to live it fully.
When we attract grudges in our hearts, it weighs us down not the person we are holding grudges against. I want you to experience inner peace and to do that you have to to release grudges not for anyone but for yourself. Put down that burden and be grateful that you are a better person in spite of the the wrongs others may have done to you. This may be difficult but send the people who have wronged you a special blessing to thank them for being one of the teachers in your life.
If you believe in God , higher powr, supreme being or whatever you choose to name that energy that connects us all, know that it is good and wants us to feel good. Our natural state is to feel good so throw off the cloak of history and live in the moment and create the moment of your life. Past hurts and wrongs are like history lessons fromwhich we should learn and move on not to be re-enacted on a daily basis.
