We often envy those people who knows exactly what they want to do as their life's work. We consider them lucky. They are. The earlier you know what you were born to do the quicker will be your success and you will be able to reap the benefits of your success the sooner.
People who engage in their life's work you would often hear say that they enjoy their work so much they would do it for free. That is a life's work.
The reason why many of us do not find our life's work is because of our own stubbornness. We know fully what we should be doing but may feel that what we enjoy doing is too insignificant to be real. You may like cooking but the ego says to you that is a job for dumb people and you are too smart for that. In this way many people never achieve success or the job satisfaction they should because they have to struggle to find meaning in their work they do eight hours day in and day out.
To find out what you were born to do you have to listen to the quiet voice inside your head, pay attention to what energizes you, what excites you and what makes time stand still when you are engaging in a particular job. When you do, know that it what you should be doing and pursue it with a passion you will find success.
